Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How does a Sample Bridal Boutique work?

We are a little different than a typical bridal boutique in that we sell right off the rack. We don’t have to order the dress for you and wait a couple of months for the dress to come in. We have lots of designer wedding sample dresses and you can try on as many as you want. If you find a dress to buy, than you can take it home right away!

What is a sample?

Bridal boutiques buy sample dresses to showcase in their store each season. These gowns come in a variety of sizes and may have been tried on several times or not at all depending on the store. None of these gowns have been worn or altered.

What types of items do you carry in your boutique?

We have a huge inventory of wedding gowns and bridal accessories. All of our dresses are off the rack up to 50% off retail price. All of our gowns are in excellent pristine condition.

What is your price range for wedding gowns?

We carry designer sample gowns ranging in prices from $199-$1999 with bridal sizes ranging from 6-26 (Bridal sizes run 2 sizes smaller than regular/street sizes).

Do you have a layaway plan?

Once you found a dress for less you can choose to either pay the balance in full and take your gown home or you can choose to put a 20% of the cost of the gown deposit and receive 10 days to pay off your gown. This will ensure your gown is off the sales floor. If you do not return to pay the balance in full within 10 days, your dress returns to the floor and you forfeit the 20%.

Do I need an appointment to come in and look at dresses?

Yes! We ONLY accept brides by appointment only. We like to give each individual bride our full attention.

Do you offer alterations?

At this time, we do not offer alterations. However, we have recommendations of seamstresses throughout the state that can assist in your needs.

Can you tell me about your consignment process?

We only accept and sell dresses that have not been worn or altered from it original condition. We encourage consignors to bring a receipt from the purchase with them and all labels inside the dress to still be attached. We do not accept dresses from Davids Bridal. Once the dress is brought into the store, we will agree on a price to sell it at. Once it is sold, we will split the purchase price 50/50. If the dress does not sell within 90 days, the consignment ends and the dress is returned to you.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final and there are no returns.
